The Story
F.M. Faraz is a German-Persian poet, novelist, and storyteller whose literary voice weaves through the realms of philosophical fantasy and metaphysical mystery. Born on July 13, 1985, and currently residing in Germany, Faraz began writing at a young age. What started as a childhood passion soon became a lifelong journey—one shaped by short stories, deep introspection, and an unrelenting pursuit of meaning through words.
His debut novel, The Harmony, released in 2024 as a two-volume work, marked a defining moment in his creative path. Blending dark philosophical fantasy with haunting mystery, the novel explores profound questions and layered realities, echoing the themes closest to his heart.
Faraz’s poetic journey began in 2000, with his first collection, The Wander, making a quiet, unofficial appearance in 2005. Since then, his poetic voice has matured across works such as The Legend of Doubt—first published in 2012 and revisited in 2021—and his most recent collection, The Eighty One (2024), a contemplative exploration of wonder, doubt, and the human experience.
His next novel, The Fall, is currently in development and is set for release in Q3 2025—promising yet another dive into the mythic and spiritual dimensions of existence, where fantasy meets questions of divinity, morality, and the eternal struggle between light and darkness.
